Welcome to the Technique Tuesday Blog Hop! The Crafty Collaborations team comprises Stampin’ Up!® demonstrators from around the world. Each month, we participate in several collaborative projects, including blog hops like this one, to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.
In this blog hop, we’re featuring using our embossing folders. I combined the Animal Print Embossing Folder with the 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum.
I had to make at least one In the Wild Suite card using one of my favorite layouts (it barely counts as a fun fold), right? Visit this post for my last version of this layout, and this one for other examples where I used an embossing folder. I created this new card for a swap at the end of May, and I’ll share the 10 cards I received tomorrow.
Even if big cats aren’t your thing, the In the Wild Designer Paper is worth considering simply for the striking colors and patterns. If the Wild Cats Bundle is your thing, it might help to know that two of the five sentiments fit inside the smaller oval of the Double Oval Punch, and two more fit inside larger oval.
Like most things shiny, it’s hard to truly capture how wonderful the Shimmer Vellum is. One thing of note: the sheets are not quite a full 12″ x 12″. This was only an issue because I was using it for a swap and had JUST enough in one pack.
I’m not always great about stamping the inside of my cards, but I just had to add the tiger profile. Below the blog hop list you can find a button to see all the products I used.
I hope you enjoyed the card I shared today! Please continue hopping and finding more inspiration by selecting the next link below. If you received this by email, please select the title at the top to visit my website and find the blog hop list.
