I’m excited to be participating in Kylie Bertucci’s Monthly International Blog Highlights with Stampin’ Up!® demonstrators from around the world! The theme this month is Thank You.

My Heart is Grateful 2

This card is a diagonal double pocket card, which was a make-and-take at a recent team meeting. We were challenged to create one with our own products and I’ve been looking forward to checking out the Gilded Autumn Suite that is in the new August-December 2020 Mini Catalog available August 4.

The key to this fun fold is to choose Designer Series Paper (DSP) where neither side has a specific direction in which it needs to sit. This sheet from the Gilded Autumn DSP is both lovely with the foiling on one side and striking with the chevron pattern on the reverse.

The greeting and images are from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set, which is available on its own or bundled with the Autumn Punch Pack. I used the Detailed Bands Dies from the annual catalog to cut out the sentiment and a couple of extra labels from a copper sheet of the Brushed Metallic Cardstock to back it.

The front pocket is a great place to insert a gift card. Since I totally closed the card, I added a sheet to the back pocket to serve as an “inside” where you can write a message.

To add just the right embellishments, I colored three Pearl Basic Jewels with the dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blend Marker.

I’d love it if you were to vote for my card! The top 10 will participate in a blog hop toward the end of August. Just look for my card/name/website name in the gallery.
